Zeiss Axio-Scan.Z1
The Zeiss Axio-Scan.Z1 is a fast and flexible slide scanner that will digitize your specimens to create high quality virtual slides. In addition to brightfield slide scanning, the Axio-Scan.Z1 can scan up to five fluorescent channels using a fast-switching LED lights. Up to 100 slides can be loaded into the scanner to accommodate large projects, including digital archiving. Scanned images are saved as CZI files and can be viewed using the freeware Zen-lite from Zeiss or third party image analysis programs.
