Peanut Butter DCCC Bread

  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup farmer’s cheese (DCCC)
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt 
  1. Mix ingredients and pour into glass bread pan. 
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. 
  3. Try the recipe with other nut butters, such as almond butter and pecan butter.
