Nutty Banana Smoothie

Serves 2 

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup unsweetened, non-fat almond or soy milk
  • ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek or regular plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey--local is best
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter (unsweetened & no added oils in the ingredients)
  • 2 fresh small bananas, frozen and sliced
  • optional -1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender.  Blend until smooth.
