Evaluation

You should receive an Intern Exit questionnaire  from   the IT internship committee. This would conclude your assignment to evaluate the internship program as a whole.  All evaluation forms can be found here.  Please fill out the questionnaire and email it back to us at ITInternships@umassmed.edu
