Trauma Coaches Diane Lanni and Zina Fernandez Presented at MAPP Training

Trauma coaches Diane Lanni and Zina Fernandez presented at a Massachusetts Approach to Partnership in Parenting (MAPP) training course at the Worcester East DCF office. MAPP trainers invited Diane and Zina to speak to a group of foster parents about the services provided by the FaCES Clinic. Diane and Zina also explained the role of the trauma coach and provided some basic understanding of  trauma’s impact on brain development and child behavior.
