Research Focus - Development of Preventive Health Interventions Integrated into Clinical and Community Practice

• Tobacco and obesity prevention and treatment
• Health behavior change strategies for the prevention and management of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic diseases
• Design and evaluation of pragmatic, sustainable approaches to integrate preventive health interventions into clinical practice to inform evidence-based guidelines and best practices
• Development of clinician-delivered preventive health intervention protocols
• Establishment of clinical-community linkages and adjunct approaches to support clinic-based health promotion and disease prevention efforts
