Dohoon Kim, PhD, and colleagues have shown that blocking a specific detoxifying enzyme in lung cancer cells leads to cell death, making it a viable target for drug development.

The 2023 UMass Cancer Walk presented by Harr Toyota marks the 25th year of commitment to cancer research. Many participants and sponsors have a personal connection to cancer and have supported the event for years.
