Monday Mindfulness
Monday Mindfulness is a program that is part of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which has been implemented at UMASS since 1979, that provides instruction and opportunities for: reflection, mindfulness practice, dialogue, conceptual and experiential learning. Monday Mindfulness is held every Monday from 12:10-12:30 PM and you can even join from your desk. To learn more, click here.

Recharge and Re-center: Noontime Mindfulness Practice at University Campus – Daily Self-Guided and Weekly Guided Practice 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm Need a break during the day to recharge, re-center or refocus? Meeting Room A, H1-777 has been reserved for daily mindfulness meditation practice. Tools and instructions will be available for 10 minute self-guided sessions starting at 12:05 pm and then again at 12:20 pm.
