Welcome to Room Reservations!

UMass Medical School is seeking to improve the efficiency of the use of the Room Reservations' pool of rooms by reducing time and effort in scheduling rooms and increasing customer satisfaction related to the process of reserving rooms.

Room Reservations rooms are scheduled using PeopleCube Resource Scheduler the self-service room scheduling system.

In self-service, users can see what rooms are available and place a “hold” on a room pending APPROVAL by Room Reservations. APPROVAL will depend on appropriate use of the room, etc.

Room schedulers or those who would like to have access to PeopleCube Resource Scheduler scheduling system can use the RS Training Manual tab for self training.
