Rotations

We are always very excited to have students rotate in the Lee Lab! Projects are available for those interested in developing an experimental and/or computational skill set, and those interested in training across these disciplines are always encouraged to do so. By rotating in the Lee Lab, you will gain expertise in a variety of quantitative high-throughput techniques in the area of proteomics, signal transduction, network biology, and genomics. We aim to actively promote an interactive and fun atmosphere. Students will participate in various lab and PSB functions, including weekly lab meetings, weekly Systems Biology journal club, and at the end of the rotation, students will present their work to the lab/department.

Post-doctoral fellows

We invite applications from PhDs with broad interest in systems biology, either experimental, computational, or both. Applications should be sent by email to Mike Lee. Please provide an updated CV containing contact information for 3 references, and a cover letter detailing your background and research interests.

MQP projects

Students from colleges in the area such as WPI are encouraged to apply. The Lee Lab is a young and exciting environment, well suited for students with backgrouds in biology or computer science/math. Dynamic, smart, and highly motivated students are encouraged to join us.

Summer interns

We will have openings for undergraduate level interns in the summer; from mid-May to late August. Please send an email to Mike Lee if you are interested, describing your background, research interests, and future goals.
