Additions to the Roster - 2021
New Adjunct Assistant Professor
Dr. Mario Silva, MD, PhD, from the University of Parma, Italy, has been nominated as Adjunct Assistant Professor in our Department of Radiology. Dr. Silva’s nomination reflects his longstanding teaching activity for our Department, notably as the Edward Smith Lecturer 2020, discussing the role of radiology in the early phases of the Covid-19 pandemic in central Italy. Dr. Silva was also part of our resident lecture series. Finally, Dr. Silva has an ongoing research activity with members of our Cardiothoracic Imaging Section, likely to be boosted by this current nomination.November 2021
