George Witman Awarded NIH Grant
George Witman, PhD, in the Division of Cell Biology and Imaging, has received an R01 “Maximizing Investigators’ Research Award” (MIRA) from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, NIH. This is a five-year award totaling $3,091,844 to study ciliary and flagellar assembly and function. The MIRA will replace George’s NIH MERIT Award. Congratulations George.
