Dr. Robert Goldberg Honored with the Lowell High School Distinguished Alumni Award

Robert Goldberg, PhD, Chief of the Division of Chronic Diseases & Vulnerable Populations, Department of Quantitative Health Sciences, was recently honored with the Lowell High School Distinguished Alumni Award.

The Lowell High School Distinguished Alumni Award honors individuals who have attended or graduated from Lowell High School, Lowell, MA and have translated their Lowell High School experience into distinguished service in public, business, professional, or educational service to the Lowell High School community.

Recipients must also distinguish themselves by reaching the highest level of accomplishment and possess the highest standards of integrity and character to positively reflect and enhance the prestige of Lowell High School. 

Previous distinguished honorees include Jack Kerouac, distinguished author; Paul Tsongas, U.S. Senator; William H. Sullivan, original owner of the New England Patriots; Rosalind Elisa, mezzo-soprano for the New York Metropolitan Opera; and Ed McMahon, television personality, among many other noteworthy and accomplished recipients.
