Opportunities

We're always looking for talented and fun graduate students and post-docs to join our lab. 

Our lab offers a broad range of rotation opportunities exploring how guided search directed by Argonaute proteins (programmed by short RNA guides) control gene expression and epigenetics in the animal germline. We use a genetic approach involving both forward genetics and CRISPR genome editing. Our lab deals with large data sets and has multiple projects involving bioinformatics. We are probing fundamental mechanism that enable organisms to handle information safely.
