Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA)

The UMass Chan Medical School recognizes the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA) as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes of establishing wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for the regular full-time and regular part-time bargaining unit registered nurses at the school’s following locations:

• Worcester State Hospital, Transitions IRTP
• Westboro State Hospital, Adolescent Psychiatry Units and Connections BIRT

Excluded are managerial employees, supervisory employees, confidential employees and temporary/casual employees within the meaning of Chapter 150E of the Massachusetts General Laws, students and all other employees of the University.
