Time Off

VACATION time is accrued bi-weekly. Employees may accrue an unlimited amount of vacation time except if the balance is over 240 hours as of the last full pay period of the fiscal year, then any hours over 240 are forfeited.

Employees receive two PERSONAL DAYS in January, pro-rated based on full-time employment. 

SICK time is accrued bi-weekly up to 120 hours per year. The maximum that can be accrued is 960 hours.
