As medical educators and clinicians, we understand the challenges and the importance of developing and nurturing a successful undergraduate and graduate programs.  We can offer a fresh perspective on faculty development, and we can work with individual students, residents, faculty members or groups.  CFDC will work with you to assess needs and develop strategies for improvement that work in your setting and with your resources.
