Joint and Bone

Also in collaboration with the Jae-Hyuck Shim Lab, our group is working to develop combinatorial treatments for Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis that target both inflammatory signals as well as genes involved in bone growth and degradation.  This work involves identifying siRNAs against new targets relevant in these conditions and optimizing the multivalent siRNA chemical architecture for delivery to bone and sites of inflammation.
