Eye

In collaboration with the Claudio Punzo Lab, we have been working on the development of tetravalent siRNAs for targeting siRNAs to the retina. This work is ongoing, and we are currently identifying sequences targeting multiple genes associated with conditions of the eye, including retinitis pigmentosa and macular degeneration.
