ITINERARY OF THE DAY

11:30 - 12 pm - Guest arrival and registration
12 - 1 pm: Fireside chat with Dr. Rochelle Walensky, Dr. Kate Fitzgerald, and Dr. Michael Hirsh in the 2nd floor Albert Sherman Auditorium (AS2.2102 Auditorium & 2nd floor Atrium)
1 - 2 pm: Lunch in the Albert Sherman Multipurpose room (AS1.2130)
2 - 3:30 pm: Presentation and Q&A with Robert “Hoot” Gibson in the Albert Sherman Multipurpose room (AS1.2130)
3:30 - 3:45 pm: Break to grab a LIGHT bite in the Albert Sherman Multipurpose room (AS1.2130) - gourmet desserts, teas, and coffee from around the Worcester area
3:45 - 4:30 pm:  Speed Mentoring - Interactive activity

***Please note that attendance at the lunch will be capped, so RSVPs are important. You will receive an email if maximum capacity has been reached for lunch.
***Parking is available at the university campus in the ACC building across from the hospital. Hourly rates apply!
