Diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our residency program is 100% committed to these concepts – to walking the walk, not just talking the talk. We recognize many gaps that exist between current state and ideal state in our society; we recognize the role we can play in attempting to diminish these gaps. We are also proud of where we are, as a program and as an institution, on this journey towards ideal state – we have a respectful and thoughtful community of residents, faculty, advanced practice providers, and staff.
