Biotech One, 365 Plantation Street, Worcester 01605: Biotech One houses  system administrative offices of UMass Memorial Health Care.

Biotech Two, 373 Plantation Street, Worcester 01605: Biotech Two houses the Program in Molecular Medicine.

Biotech Three, 375 Plantation Street, Worcester 01605: Biotech Three houses space leased to outside companies.

Biotech Four, 377 Plantation Street, Worcester 01605: Biotech Four houses the VA specialty clinic and the New England Newborn Screening Program.

From the Mass Pike

Westbound: Take the Mass Turnpike West to I-495 North. Take Exit 25B (I-290 West). Take Exit 22 and turn right off exit. At second traffic light, turn left onto Plantation Street. The entrance to Biotechs Two and Four will be on your right. For Biotech One, proceed to traffic light and turn right. Take first right into Biotech One parking lot.

Eastbound: Take Mass Turnpike East to Exit 10 (I-290 East). Take I-290 West to Exit 21. Turn right off exit onto Plantation Street. Go to second traffic light. The entrance to Biotechs Two and Four will be on your right. For Biotech One, proceed to traffic light and turn right. Take first right into Biotech One parking lot.

From Route 9

Take Route 9 West from points east of Worcester. Cross bridge over Lake Quinsigamond at the Shrewsbury/Worcester line. Go right at the second lights onto Plantation Street. For Biotech One, take a left at the first set of traffic lights and take first right into Biotech One parking lot. For Biotechs Two and Four, proceed through first and second set of traffic lights and the entrance to the Biotech Park will be on your left.

From I-290

Westbound: Take I-290 West to Exit 22 and turn right off exit. At second traffic light, turn left onto Plantation Street. Go to fourth traffic light. The entrance to Biotechs Two and Four will be on your right. For Biotech One, proceed to traffic light and turn right. Take first right into Biotech One parking lot.

Eastbound: Take I-290 East to Exit 21. Turn right off exit onto Plantation Street. Go to second traffic light. The entrance to Biotechs Two and Four will be on your right. For Biotech One, proceed to traffic light and turn right. Take first right into Biotech One parking lot.
