PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

If you are an established patient of the Family Medicine Clinic, and have a narcotic prescription that needs to be refilled, please call Student Health Services at (508) 334-8464.  If you are refilling any other medication please contact your pharmacy directly. 

Please indicate if you use express scripts (mail away pharmacy).
