We value our relationships with a vast array of organizations and agencies dedicated to further understanding and improving treatment for addiction issues. Below is a list of our current and past community partners:

AdCare Criminal Justice Services

AdCare Criminal Justice Services (ACJS) provides a variety of intermediate sanction treatment programs through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Barnes Air National Guard Base

The 104th Fighter Wing of the Massachusetts Air National Guard located in Westfield, Massachusetts, is an operational flying unit assigned to the Air Combat Command, and proudly claims the honor of being one of the oldest flying units within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Barnstable Drug Court

Barnstable drug court provides intensive, supervised probation and mandatory treatment, as well as random drug testing with progress monitored by a supervising probation officer. The court works with treatment providers, which provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor treatment placements, and identify ancillary counseling, case management and outreach services.

Bedford Center for Health Quality, Outcomes and Economic Research (CHQOER)

The CHQOER research mission continues to focus on three priority areas; patient-centered care, patient safety, and medication effectiveness.

Behavioral Health Network (BHN)

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) is a regional provider of comprehensive behavioral health services for adults, children and families. BHN began as the Child Guidance Clinic in 1938 and has grown into the largest behavioral health service provider in Western Massachusetts.

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program

The program’s mission is to provide or assure access to the highest quality health care for all homeless individuals and families in the greater Boston area.

Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC)

The Boston Public Health Commission, the country’s oldest health department, is an independent public agency providing a wide range of health services and programs. It is governed by a seven-member board of health appointed by the Mayor of Boston.

Center for Mental Health Services Research (CMHSR)

The Center for Mental Health Services Research is the nation’s first Social Work Research Development Center. Their research agenda documents the need for mental health care and challenges in mental health services, providing a base for the next generation of research, developing, and testing quality improvements to care.

Chelsea Drug Court

City of Worcester Health & Human Services

Worcester’s Department of Health & Human Services provides coordination and management of the City's critical services in the areas of Public Health, Veterans' Services, Human Rights and Disabilities, Elder Affairs and Youth Services.

Community Healthlink

CHL promotes, restores, and maintains the physical health, mental health and wellbeing of more than 22,000 adults, children, and families in central Massachusetts.

Dedham Veterans Treatment Court

Dedham Veterans Treatment Court was designed to handle criminal cases involving defendants who have a history of military service through a coordinated effort among the veterans services delivery system, community-based providers, and the court.

Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital (Bedford, MA VA)

Located in Bedford, MA, the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital is a state-of-the-art medical center that provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services

Family Health Center of Worcester

Family Health Center of Worcester is a full-service health center open to all residents of Worcester and surrounding areas.

Framingham, Massachusetts Correctional Institution (MCI-F)

MCI-Framingham (MCI-F) is a medium security reception and diagnostic center housing females. It provides a comprehensive network of programming for women who are serving criminal sentences, awaiting trial, or are civilly committed.

Franklin Probate and Family Court

The Franklin Probate and Family Court Probate has jurisdiction over family matters such as divorce, paternity, child support, custody, visitation, adoption, termination of parental rights, and abuse prevention.

Gavin Foundation

The Gavin Foundation is a nonprofit agency providing comprehensive adult, youth and community substance abuse education, prevention and treatment programs.

Greenfield Juvenile Court

The Greenfield Juvenile Court has general jurisdiction over delinquency, guardianship matters, and youthful offender cases.

Hampden County Sheriff’s Department

The Hampden County Sheriff’s Department enhances public safety through the corrections process by providing offenders proper classification, security, treatment, and programs to accomplish positive lifestyle changes and minimize and/or eradicate negative social traits and criminogenic behaviors.

Hanscom Air Force Base

The Hanscom Air Force Base provides worldwide support for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and quality-of-life opportunities for military personnel, their family members, and the many workers who are part of Team Hanscom.

Lawrence Drug Court

The Lawrence Drug Court works with treatment providers, which provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor treatment placements, and identify ancillary counseling, case management and outreach services.

Lowell Drug Court

The Lowell Drug Court works with treatment providers, which provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor treatment placements, and identify ancillary counseling, case management and outreach services.

Massachusetts Army National Guard

The Massachusetts National Guard's mission is to be trained and ready to provide units that are capable of mobilizing for any contingency, at home or abroad.

Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS)

CPCS provides legal representation in Massachusetts for those unable to afford an attorney in all matters in which the law requires the appointment of counsel.

Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF)

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) works in partnership with families and communities to keep children safe from abuse and neglect.

Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC)

The Department of Correction oversees the state prison system, managing inmates at 16 institutions across the state.

Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH)

The Department of Mental Health, as the State Mental Health Authority, assures and provides access to services and supports to meet the mental health needs of individuals of all ages; enabling them to live, work and participate in their communities.

Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH)

DPH promotes the health and well-being of all residents by ensuring access to high-quality public health and healthcare services, and by focusing on prevention, wellness, and health equity in all people.

Massachusetts Department of Veterans Services (DVS)

The mission of the Department of Veterans’ Services is to advocate on behalf of all the Commonwealth’s veterans and provide them with quality support services and to direct an emergency financial assistance program for those veterans and their dependents who are in need.

Massachusetts Executive Office of the Trial Court (EOTC)

The Executive Office of the Trial Court facilitates communication and enables joint leadership of the Trial Court by the Chief Justice of the Trial Court and the Court Administrator.

Massachusetts Interagency Council on Housing and Homelessness (ICHH)

The Interagency Council on Housing and Homelessness (ICHH) was convened by Governor Baker and Lt. Governor Polito in October of 2015. The ICHH is co- chaired by Secretary Sudders and Secretary Kennealy and consists of Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries and Commissioners of the executive branch of state government.

Massachusetts Interagency Council on Substance Abuse and Prevention (ICSAP)

ICSAP support the efforts of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to fulfill its statutory mandate as the single state agency to supervise, coordinate, and establish standards for the operation of substance abuse prevention and treatment services.

Massachusetts Mental Health Diversion and Integration Program (MMHDIP)

MMHDIP helps law enforcement, health care, and social service communities work together to develop a seamless continuum of care for persons with serious mental illness who are charged with non-serious crimes.

Massachusetts Office of the Commissioner of Probation

MPS's main goal is to keep communities safe and to provide people on probation with the rehabilitative tools they need to live a productive and law-abiding life.

Massachusetts Parole Board

The Parole Board grants parole, supervises the parolee, and makes pardon and commutation recommendations to the Governor.

MassHealth

MassHealth, Massachusetts Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), provides health benefits and help paying for them to qualifying children, families, seniors, and people with disabilities living in Massachusetts.

Michigan Department of Corrections

The mission of the Michigan Department of Corrections is to create a safer Michigan by holding offenders accountable while promoting their success.

Michigan Department of Health and Human Services

MDHHS provides opportunities, services, and programs that promote a healthy, safe, and stable environment for residents to be self-sufficient.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

NAMI provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.

Office of the Worcester County District Attorney

The Worcester County DA’s Office advocates for seeking justice through tough and fair prosecutions and preventing crime with a variety of community-based outreach programs.

Old Colony Correctional Center (OCCC)

Old Colony Correctional Center (OCCC) is a medium and minimum security facility focused on mental health with the objective of providing services more efficiently while at the same time promoting rehabilitation and re-entry.

Opioid Task Force

The Opioid Task Force of Franklin County and the North Quabbin Region works with over 300 public and private partners to ensure that our rural region works collectively to help reduce opioid and heroin addiction, prevent overdose deaths, and improve the quality of life in our community.

Pine Street Inn

Pine Street Inn partners with homeless individuals to help them move from the streets and shelter to a home, and assists formerly homeless individuals in retaining housing.

Praxis

The mission of Praxis, Inc. is to apply the findings of behavioral research to develop commercially viable solutions to problems in the education and health care area.

Quincy Drug Court

The Quincy Drug Court works with treatment providers, which provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor treatment placements, and identify ancillary counseling, case management and outreach services.

Soldier On

Soldier On is a private non-profit organization dedicated to ending veteran homelessness by providing permanent, supportive, sustainable housing.

South Middlesex Correctional Center (SMCC)

South Middlesex Correctional Center (SMCC) is a minimum and pre-release facility housing criminally sentenced state and county females.

Springfield Mental Health Court

Mental Health Session is a court-imposed condition of probation for defendants before the court who have serious mental health issues or co-occurring mental health and alcohol/substance abuse issues.

Statewide Advocacy for Veterans' Empowerment (SAVE)

The fundamental principle of the SAVE program is to advocate for veterans who are not able to obtain the benefits they have earned due to institutional or personal barriers.

University of Massachusetts Boston (UMB)

The University of Massachusetts Boston is nationally recognized as a model of excellence for urban public universities.

VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System

VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System provides primary, specialty, and mental health care, including psychiatric, substance abuse and PTSD services, to a Veteran population in central and western Massachusetts of more than 120,000 men and women.

VA New England Healthcare System (VISN 1)

The VA New England Healthcare System is one of 21 Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Services are provided through primary care supported by eight Joint Commission accredited medical centers.

VA NY Harbor Health Care System

The NY Harbor Healthcare System is always improving the health of the men and women who have so proudly served our nation. Services are available to veterans living in the 5 boroughs of New York City.

Veterans Inc.

Veterans Inc.’s mission is to help veterans re-gain control of their lives so we can eliminate homelessness among veterans

Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness

The Network creates collaborative solutions across Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties to prevent and end homelessness through a Housing First approach that makes homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.

Worcester District Court

The Worcester District Court serves Auburn, Millbury, and Worcester, and contains an Adult Drug Treatment Court onsite.
