8th Annual Central Massachusetts Regional Brain Bee

Congratulations to Liam Gong, Sophomore from Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, MA. Liam is the winner of the Eighth Annual Central Massachusetts Brain Bee competition and the Andrew M. Sheridan Young Neuroscientist Award. Liam will be representing UMass in the National Brain Bee competition on March 14th and 15th in Maryland. Winners from each National Brain Bee then go on to compete in the International Brain Bee against students from around the world. Congratulations are also extended to our runner-up, Akshayaa Chittibabu from Massachusetts Academy of Math & Science, and all top 11 finalists.
