Peter Pryciak, PhD

Research Focus: the regulation of cell signaling and cell cycling by protein kinases.
Scientific Training: Peter M. Pryciak received his B.S. from University of California Los Angeles in 1983 and his Ph.D. from University of California San Francisco in 1992, where his thesis research was performed in the laboratory of Harold Varmus. He performed his postdoctoral research as a Damon Runyon-Walter Winchell Cancer Research Fund Fellow in the laboratory of Leland Hartwell at the University of Washington Seattle. He became an independent investigator at the Worcester Foundation for Biomedical Research in 1996, and then joined the faculty of the UMass Chan Medical School in 1997.
