How are FCEs scheduled?

  • All enrollment is managed by the FCE Course Team
    • Students should not be scheduled without FCE administration approval
  • Enrollment changes will not be accepted after May 30, 2020
    • FCE rosters will not change after self-designs are submitted in June-July 2020.  Details to follow.

How come sometimes I don't have an FCE student?

  • Availability is as offered by your department FCE faculty
  • FCE might not have been selected by a student

We normally don't offer FCEs, but I've had FCE students show up unexpectedly...?

Students may design FCEs by contacting a faculty member in any department

  • Check with your faculty to know if they have scheduled a student on their own
