These Articles and Educational Links provide faculty with information designed to support their course design and delivery. The list includes topic areas (such as discussion groups and active learning) followed by resources (such as websites providing images related to medical education and a medical glossary).
Inspired by the Robert Wood Johnson Generalist Physician Initiative in the late 1990's the Division of Community-Based Education was formally established in 2001 as an extension of the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education (OUME). OASIS Database begins as e*Value ends
E*Value is a web-based evaluation system to help manage, collate, and analyze the volume of information associated with a health sciences education program and will end March 2019 except for advanced students in Graduate Medical Education. Any faculty looking for student evaluations in e*Value should contact the Institutional Research, Evaluation & Assessment (IREA) Office . The OASIS Database is now used for managing, scheduling, and assessing the undergraduate medical education curriculum. Educators can learn helpful information and tips in the OASIS Help page.
