As part of your academic journey at the Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, the IDP is a powerful tool to help you align your research training with your long-term career goals. We encourage you to use the IDP for early planning, reflection, and meaningful conversations with your advisors, supervisors, and mentors. You can set goals, track progress, and generate reports for your TRAC meetings to guide productive discussions.
