UMass Chan Medical School hosts a fitness center at the Albert Sherman Center on the University Campus in Worcester. All matriculated students enjoy free membership. Employees and non-matriculated students are eligible to join for a $29 sign-up fee and $25 per month (no time commitment). Medical residents pay $12.50 per month, plus the sign-up fee.

In addition to a wide range of cardiovascular equipment, free weights and LifeFitness machines, the center offers group classes including yoga, Zumba, Pilates, group-cycle, metabolic style training and high intensity interval training.
