Fellows get faculty position at Umass Family Medicine department at the instructor level.

Salary: PGY4 - $69, 770

Fellows are full-time employees of FHCW and have standard health, dental, disability, and malpractice insurance coverage.

Benefits for Fellowship include: medical, disability, malpractice and life insurance, 4 weeks vacation, 1 week of CME, up to 14 weeks of paid international travel time per year.

Additional benefits include: $2000 international travel money, $2000 CME funding each year

Although the fellowship has an academic affiliation with UMass, Fellows are employed and credentialed solely by the Family Health Center of Worcester; fellows interested in doing inpatient OB and medicine work can be credentialed at Umass as well.
