Is your office too hot or too cold?  Do you need service on laboratory equipment?  Having trouble with doors or locks? Is there a water leak or a strange odor in the corridor? We are here to help.

For routine or non-urgent requests, our ReADY tool is the best way to get help. 

Our team is on call 24-7 to handle more urgent maintenance or emergency repairs. If you need to speak with someone immediately about an issue on the main University Campus or the Biotech buildings that are part of the UMass Chan Science Park in Worcester please call the Operations Console at Ext. 6-3292.  If you are calling from a mobile or off-campus phone dial 508-856-3292.

For urgent services or repairs at the South Street facility in Shrewsbury please call 508-856-4444.
