Clinical Rotations

The five-year block schedule provides exposure to both inpatient and outpatient urology practice, and allows flexibility for resident-designed electives.  The outpatient block is designed by the resident to gain optimal exposure to general urology as well as the urologic sub specialties.

PGY 1
BLOCK    Block 1 (9 Months General Surgery, 3 months Urology)
SITE    General Surgery Rotations - Inpatient Memorial, Inpatient University, (Transplant, Vascular, Peds, Trauma, Acute Care Surgery, etc.)
PGY 2
BLOCK    Block 1 (12 months)
SITE   Inpatient Rotation at Memorial Hospital/ 1/2 day of week of Resident Clinical at Memorial
PGY 3
