The interprofessional Center for Experiential Learning and Simulation (iCELS) at UMass Chan Medical School, is conveniently positioned in Worcester in Central Massachusetts.
iCELS' serves the educational needs of the three schools in our academic health sciences center—the UMass Chan Medical School, Tan Chigfen Graduate School of Nursing and Morningside Graduate School for Biomedical Sciences - and offers state-of-the-art simulation modalities to New England's clinical and professional health care workforce. With our interdisciplinary faculty from diverse medical specialties and health care professions, iCELS is designed to support a wide range of educational programs. Our team-based clinical training and professional development programs promote patient safety, improved patient care and health care quality.
