Division of Emergency Ultrasound

Welcome to the UMass Division of Emergency Ultrasound! Our Division was founded in 2004, making it one of the first in the country. Since 2005, our Fellowship (hyperlink) has continually trained graduates who have become leaders in community and academic Emergency Medicine and Ultrasound. While the field of Emergency Ultrasound has expanded and evolved over the years, our mission objectives have been steadfast:

Advance the recognition and reach of Emergency Ultrasound.
Provide world-class education to our fellows, residents, and medical students.
Engage in meaningful research endeavors and scholarly activities.
Support our EM colleagues with 100% quality assurance of clinical studies.
