Reproduce a Certificate
We can assist you in getting another CE Certificate or Certificate of Completion if:
- You misplaced your CE Certificate or Certificate of Completion
- You did not notify us about an address change
- You did not receive it
The fee to reproduce certificate/s is $25 each, payable by credit card only.
*Disclosure: We can only replace certificates that were awarded previously; we cannot award CE certificates if the participant did not request CEs when registering for the course or event. The Center for Integrated Primary Care keeps records for 7 years. If we do not have a copy of your certificate on-site, the replacement fee will be refunded.
