Each session will include a guided mindful yoga practice and time for discussion of the practice. Please wear clothes suitable for ease of movement and layers for adjusting your temperature. Bring a yoga mat if you wish, and we have plenty on hand if not. You have the option to stay for the community sitting afterward if you wish!

Poetry and Practice: Truth-telling and the Practice of Mindfulness
In this 4-hour workshop, we will practice to recognize within our body, mind, and heart what feels true, then offer that truth as poetry. No experience with meditation or poetry is required; you don’t even have to like poetry to participate. The only thing you must bring is a childlike willingness to explore, wonder, and engage with each other and the written word.
