We extend an open invitation to join us for weekly community meditation practice hosted by our teachers.
The Monday evening in-person group has been established to introduce mindfulness meditation to the broader population, to support graduates of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs, and to reduce stress and suffering throughout our local and regional community. These sessions are in-person at the CFM, and no registration is necessary.
The Wednesday morning in-person group is a silent meditation session with no discussion. These sessions are in-person at the CFM, and no registration is necessary.
The Thursday online group has been established to support worldwide graduates of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs and those with mindfulness meditation experience. These meditation sessions are offered at no charge, and are supported by all those who help guide and set up for the weekly sitting periods. Voluntary donations to support the work of the Center for Mindfulness are always welcome.
