Communities of Practice (CoP)
CeKTER aims to support NIDILRR disability employment grantees in sharing their work to enhance services, approaches, practices, and policies benefiting people with disabilities. One method we employ is by facilitating Communities of Practice (CoPs), uniting NIDILRR grantees in disability research who share common concerns, problems, or a strong interest in a specific topic. Through continuous interaction and learning, participants deepen their knowledge and expertise in their chosen areas of focus and further the goal of making a positive impact for people with disabilities.
