Equipment
Anatomy Lab:
- 3 large lab rooms (dimensions) – can accommodate 9 dissection tables – full room audio, computers at each station, ability for instructors to control all screens or large projection screen
- 2 mid-sized lab rooms (dimensions) – can accommodate 4 dissection tables full room audio, computers at each station, ability for instructors to control all screens or large projection screen
- 1 small lab room (dimensions) – can accommodate 2 dissection tables – 2 large projection screens for use by faculty, portable computer stations available.
- Basic dissection tools are available for use, as well as a limited supply of surgical tools.
Anatomical Material:
There is a variety of anatomical material available for dissection, faculty led modules, or hands on exploration. Resources available include: whole body, regional organ system blocks, prosected specimens, neurological specimens, and skeletal specimens. The Anatomy Resource Center also provides cross sectioning and specimens by request for courses and research projects.
The Anatomy Resource Center can also coordinate with the efforts of the Innovations Lab in iCELS.
