Monday, September 4, 2017

Location: Grist Mill, Sudbury, MA
Time: Noon

More than 3000 rubber ducks will be splishing and splashing at the Grist Mill at the Wayside Inn on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 4. Bullfinchs Restaurant sponsors this annual Rubber Duck Race. Proceeds from the duck race will benefit the Child Life Services Program at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Location: Charter Oaks Country Club, Hudson, MA
Time: 10 a.m.

Benefitting the UMass Memorial Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and . The event will include 18 holes of golf with a box lunch followed by an informal reception (passed appetizers, carving station & desserts), silent auction & raffle.

Location: Douglas State Forest, Douglas, MA
Time: 9 a.m.

Described by a number of participants as their favorite triathlon! The TDD Triathlon is a memorial race for Tyrus, Dante, and Daniel Vescio, triplet sons of local racers, Don and Elaine Vescio.

The race is a fundraiser for the UMass Memorial Newborn Intensive Care Unit in Worcester, MA. Proceeds help other babies get the chance to live long, healthy lives.

Let's pick up the pace in the fight against cancer.

Since 1999, thousands of passionate individuals, business leaders and community organizations have collectively raised nearly $10 million through the UMass Cancer Walk & Run. The funds raised support cancer research, clinical trials and patient care at the UMass Cancer Center.
