CRISPR facility

The Model Organism CRISPR Core facility located in the Department of Neurobiology provides consultation and performs services for manipulation of the genome in fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) and small worms (C. elegans).

The facility for producing genetically modified mice, using CRISPR or other methods, is the Transgenic Animal Modeling Core.

Assistance with the design of TALEN and CRISPR-mediated mutagenesis reagents for use in cell lines, zebrafish and other organisms is available from either the Mutagenesis Core Facility or the Model Organism CRISPR Core.
