Meditation Audio Recordings

Learn to practice meditation from the comfort of your own home.  These are meditations created and recorded by UMASS medical students who believe that student wellness should be accessible no matter where you are rotating.  These practices done regularly will reduce stress and cultivate life balance.  When listening to the audio recordings sit with your head, neck, and spine aligned and comfortable.  Ideally, sit upright on the floor or in a chair to maximize the benefits of these mindful practices.
