Center for Developmental Disabilities Evaluation and Research (CDDER)  

CDDER was developed to provide the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation (DMR) with expert consultation around the health needs of people who are in the Department’s care. CDDER has been working with DMR to redesign its health care and quality assurance systems and to identify ways in which the health care system can be most responsive to individuals in DMR’s care.
