Situated on 27 acres north of Biotech 5, the 1,400-space parking facility for faculty, staff and students is being constructed to support the on-campus development of the $400 million Albert Sherman Center. The 500,000 square foot center will increase both the research and educational mission on the campus and house about 100 new faculty investigators. Site preparation for the seven-story parking facility is expected to start in August and will be complete in 2012 to coincide with the opening of the Sherman Center.
