Research Core Administration 

The Research Core Administration provides financial services for more than 35+ revenue-based core facilities.  Services include

• Invoicing along with management of aging invoices through QuickBooks.
• Procard management and account reconciliation.
• Monthly updates with core directors or designee.
• Quarterly reporting. 
• Yearly budget preparations.
• Financial analysis as needed (grant proposals, Research Advisory Committee reports, etc).
• Networking and promotion of core services.
