Undergraduate Medical Education

The Renal Medicine Division is active in all phases of medical education. Division members have garnered numerous awards for undergraduate and graduate medical education.

The Renal Medicine Division participates in all phases of Medical Education including an active role in the first two (preclinical) years of undergraduate medical education. Division members participate in the renal section of the Physiology Course in Year 1, and oversee the renal section of the Biology of Disease Course in Year 2. They also participate in the "End of Life Care" elective and the Physician, Patient, and Society course (PPS).
