Nuclear Medicine Physics - Facilities and Resources

Nuclear Medicine Physics Imaging Laboratory is housed with the Tomographic Breast Imaging Laboratory in approximately 2,000 sq ft of recently renovated office and laboratory space. The area includes offices, cubicles, a small conference room / library, and two rooms for performing observer studies. The group has its own small computer cluster housed in its research space and access to a very large cluster in the UMass Medical School Computer Center. Access to clinical imaging systems is provided in the nuclear medicine clinic.
