The Medical School Campus
The Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship program is centered at the University of Massachusetts Medical Campus.
The University Hospital is a 371 bed hospital located two miles from downtown Worcester. It is part of the medical complex in Worcester called the University of Massachusetts Medical Campus. The Medical Campus is several things: it is the Medical School, UMassMemorialHealthCare (the University teaching hospital) and the sponsor of educational and service programs in health care throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
At the present time there are 10 residence fellowship programs in 14 subspecialty areas. The medical staff is comprised of 428 full-time members and over 418 courtesy faculty. The following faculty members participate in the Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship Program on a regular basis.
Currently, fellowship training takes place only at the University Campus, Memorial Campus, Hahneman Campus, the Sleep Center, as well as the Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital, also located in Worcester.
