From the Mass Pike
Westbound: Take the Mass Turnpike West to Exit 11A (I-495 North). Take I-495 North to
Exit 25B (I-290 West). Take I-290 West to Exit 22 and turn right off the exit. At the second traffic
light, turn left onto Plantation Street. Proceed to the third traffic
light and turn right. Take the first right into the Biotech One parking lot.
As you walk into the main entrance of Biotech One, Suite 100
is your first left followed by another immediate left.
Eastbound: Take the Mass Turnpike East to Exit 10 (I-290 East). Take
I-290 East to Exit 21. Turn right off the exit onto Plantation Street. Go to the third traffic light and turn right.
Take the first right into the Biotech One parking lot.
As you walk into the main entrance of Biotech One, Suite 100
is your first left followed by another immediate left.
From Route 9
From points east of Worcester, take Route 9 West. Cross the bridge over
Lake Quinsigamond at the Shrewsbury/Worcester line. Go right at the
second lights onto Plantation Street. Take a left at the first set of
traffic lights and take the first right into Biotech One parking lot.
As you walk into the main entrance of Biotech One, Suite 100
is your first left followed by another immediate left.
From I-290
Westbound: Take I-290 West to Exit 22 and turn right off the exit.

From the bus stop on the University of Massachusetts Medical Center campus, walk up the hill towards
the traffic light. Cross at the light and Biotech One will be on your
right. Bear right around the building to get to the main entrance.
